Annual Lower School Checkers Tournament Inspires Healthy Competition

After three weeks of friendly competition, our annual Lower School Winter Checkers Tournament came to completion this Friday. Sixty-six Blue Dogs participated, and the pool of competitors narrowed to four students playing for the honor of winning 250 color points for their color team. The finalists gave it their all as the audience watched with anticipation. Charlie Schmidt won the Lower Division for the Blues, and Owen Shannon won the Forms Division for the Reds. A big thank you to all the competitors and supporters for their enthusiasm and good-hearted competition.
